An Introduction to the Neuro Informed Approach
This course explains why Trauma Informed practice needed a scientific upgrade and introduces the brain-based foundations of the Neuro Informed model. Participants learn how prediction, energy, and connection shape behavior, and how these discoveries led to the seven Neuro Informed Principles. This session gives you a practical, science-supported lens for understanding people more clearly and supporting them more effectively.
These eight courses were designed as a connected learning series, yet each session also stands alone as an independent training. Participants are encouraged to take the courses in order for the best learning experience, but it is not required. If you register and are unable to attend live, you will receive access to the recording within two weeks of the session. Each recording includes the option to schedule a fifteen minute follow up Q and A with Rick.
